We use USPS, FEDEX, and Freight for oversized items. We cannot ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday delivery. We have brick and mortar locations and sell stock directly from our showroom in beautiful Charlotte, NC and are only open MONDAY – FRIDAY 9am to 5pm local time. If you need a product in a faster manner than STANDARD shipping or have any questions, please contact us at or send us a message through Ebay?s message center. We may be able to accommodate Same Day Service by 2 pm PST in certain situations, please call first. The details that apply to your specific purchase will be listed during checkout. Shipping
ALL RETURNS, must be reported via email or phone. If a order is found to be faulty goods will be replaced, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us unless the order was defective upon receipt. If the item is found to be faulty and is covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty repair within the warranty period, it must be returned to the vendor/mfg or BHE with an RMA Return Number to be processed correctly. Please contact BHE prior to returning any items. **ALL** RETURNS REQUIRE **ALL** ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIAL, CONTENTS AND MANUALS TO BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT OR REFUND. Please return all products associated with this purchase, including any original packaging. Please make sure to place any item received in a manufacturer’s box within an outer brown cardboard box. Manufacturer’s package must be protected. You may use whatever carrier you prefer to return this item, please place the RMA sheet with the item. Do not write the RMA number on the outer or colored box. This item is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Other fees maybe charged due to missing, damaged, scratched and non-sellable items. Return Policy
Paypal requires that your name, address, and email be verified and registered. If not there may be a 48 hour hold on your order until your account can be verified. Payment must be completed within 7 days or item will be re-listed. If there is a problem with payment just email us and let us know, so we don’t resell your item; or we will be forced to leave you a non-paid item mark on your account. BHE would prefer that you get your item that you bought!

IF ITEM ARRIVES NOT WORKING IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING BACK TO US AT WHICH TIME BLUE HAZE ENTERTAINMENT WILL REPAIR, REPLACE, OR REFUND THE TOTAL AMOUNT MINUS ANY SHIPPING CHARGES. We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
